When will my order be shipped?
We dispatch all goods within 24 hours. Orders must be placed by 2:00pm AWST to guarantee dispatch same day. Delivery services vary in their speed, most take 1-2 days to deliver although occasionally they can take longer.
Can I have my order delivered to a different address?
Yes, you can choose a different delivery address during check out.
Will I get a tax invoice?
Yes, tax invoices will be put into your order parcel.
Can I order by phone?
Yes, providing you have placed an order with us before. To place an order over the phone you can call us between 9am - 1pm Monday to Friday. Please note, we only deliver to your billing address if you place your order by phone.
What happens if some of my items are out of stock and some are in stock?
We will get in touch to give you the choice of having one delivery when your order is complete or we can send the items that we have first whilst we wait for the back ordered to arrive (no additional delivery charge for this).
